Our Apartments Policy

These apartment policies are a set of rules and regulations that guests are required to follow during their stay at the apartments. These policies are put in place to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, and guests are expected to adhere to them. The hosts on the property are available to assist with any emergencies or questions.

Check-in and
Check-out

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. 

Parking

Free street parking is available within the area of the apartments building. If you’d like the added convenience of individual garage parking, it is available for an additional cost. A €100 deposit, which is fully refundable upon return of the remote for the barrier and personal garage, is required to secure your spot.

Occupancy Limit

Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of either 2 guests if Apartments 102, 202 or 203 is booked and 4 guests if Apartments 101, 103 and 201 depending on the apartment chosen. Please do not exceed this limit. If this policy is not adhered to, a charge of up to €200 per night will be imposed.

Wi-Fi and Internet Usage

Wi-Fi is available for guests. Please use the internet for legitimate purposes only. 

No Indoor Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of each apartment. If this rule is not followed, a charge of €200 will be imposed.

No Pets Allowed

As much as we adore our furry friends, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets along for your visit. While we understand how much joy they can bring, we want to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience whilst we want to also ensure that we adhere to our condominium policies. 

Trash Disposal

Please follow the condominium's garbage rules and use the designated garbage disposal area found outside the condominium.

Quiet Hours and Respect for Other Residents

During quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00, please be respectful of other residents by keeping noise levels to a minimum.  During all other times, please avoid excessive noise and show consideration for your fellow residents.

No Parties or Events

Parties or events that will cause a disturbance to other residents are not allowed in the apartment at all times.

Respect for the Property

Please respect the apartment and its contents. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest.

Cleanliness

During your stay, kindly ensure that the apartment is maintained in a neat and orderly condition. While housekeeping services are provided, please note that extra cleaning charges may be incurred if the apartment is excessively unclean upon your departure.

Pool Safety

Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.

 Pool Maintenance

The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned. The pool will be cleaned and ready for your use before your arrival, and it will be attended to every Friday before 10:00 AM for continued cleaning.

Pool Guests

Only registered guests of the apartment are allowed to use the pool. Please do not invite additional guests to use the pool.

Pool Liability

Guests assume all liability for any accidents or injuries that occur in the pool area.

No Illegal Activities

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property. 

No Subletting

Subletting the apartment to other individuals is not allowed.
